Our offices are currently located in the picturesque town of Linlithgow in Scotland. We’re located between Edinburgh and Glasgow and have excellent connections for public transport for rail and bus travel. Our staff come from varying locations throughout Central Scotland. In the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic and the lessons we have learned as a business, we are happy to discuss flexible working arrangements with candidates and expect homeworking to continue in the short to medium term.

We're also committed to ensuring that all of our employees are paid above the national living wage (outside London) and review this annually. The process varies depending on the job you apply for but in most cases we will contact you within 7 days of the vacancy closing to let you know if you've been successful at screening and if so, to arrange an interview. Our interviews are carried out by the hiring manager and one of the Human Resources team and you may have a 2nd interview with different people as well. Throughout the process you'll have the recruitment team available to answer any questions you might have.

Always do some research about the business (see next question) so that you can confidently answer any questions you might be asked. Take the time to read through the job role we’ve advertised and the skills & experience we’re looking for so you can give examples that demonstrate how you are the right person for this particular position. Interviews are a 2-way process, so remember to prepare some questions of your own as well.
